Amount and day limits
Set how much a chemist may owe and how many days a bill may stay open. A chemist can break either rule, and either one holds the order.
Held for owner approval
Orders over limit are not lost. They wait in a held list on the owner's phone with the outstanding, the oldest bill and the last payment, ready to release or keep on hold.
Overdue ageing
See every chemist's outstanding by age, by area and by salesman, with the bills behind each figure one tap away.
Salesman collections
Salesmen see what each chemist on their beat owes, record cash and cheques on the spot, and hand over a matched collection sheet at the end of the day.
UPI payment links
Reminders on WhatsApp carry the bill list and a UPI link, and payments made through the link are matched to the right bills.
Cheque and return tracking
Post-dated cheques, bounced cheques and their charges are tracked, and a bounced cheque can put the chemist on hold automatically.

The owner gets the held list in real time during the order rush, so most decisions are made before picking starts.
Can the limit be different for hospitals?
Yes. Hospitals, nursing homes and institutional buyers can have their own limits, payment terms and approval rules.
Can chemists see their own outstanding?
Yes, in the chemist app, with the bill list and a payment link.
