The vans leave at 7. Every case on the right van, every bill signed.
After the rush, the night shift has to pick, pack and load hundreds of orders for vans that leave at dawn. Oxewill turns billed orders into rack-wise picking lists, checks each case at packing, groups bills by route and van, and gives drivers an app to collect proof of delivery and payments.

What it does, line by line.
Rack-wise picking
Picking lists follow your rack layout so pickers walk the godown once, with batch and bin printed against every line.
Packing check
At the packing table, each item is scanned or ticked against the bill. Wrong batch, wrong quantity or a missing line is caught before the case is sealed.
Routes and vans
Orders are grouped by area and route, and assigned to vans by capacity. Hospital and emergency orders are loaded last so they come off first.
Cold chain dispatch
Cold chain items are packed in their own box with a separate slip so the driver knows what must reach the chemist first.
Driver app and delivery proof
Drivers mark each delivery with a photo, the chemist's signature and the cases handed over, and record cash or UPI collected at the door.
Returns from the road
Refused cases, short deliveries and breakage found at the chemist are recorded on the spot and come back to the godown as pending returns.

About Dispatch Planner.
Do we need barcode scanners?
No. Scanning works with a phone camera. Handheld scanners can be added later if your volume needs them.
Can we use our own route plan?
Yes. Define your routes and areas once, and Oxewill groups orders to them every night.
Is the e-way bill handled?
Bill details are prepared in the format needed for e-way bill and e-invoice generation, so they do not have to be re-entered.
