Who counts as a user?
Anyone in your team who logs in: billing staff, salesmen, pickers, drivers, accountants and the owner. Chemists ordering through the app are not counted.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
You choose a plan and keep working with all your data, or you stop. Nothing is charged automatically at the end of the trial.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down at the start of any billing month, and add or remove users as your team changes.
Are prices in US dollars?
Plans are listed in US dollars per user per month. Your invoice shows the amount in your billing currency with applicable taxes.
