Purchase managers juggle dozens of companies, each with its own lead time, minimum order and return cut-off. Shortage forecast
For each item, see how many days of stock remain at the current pace, including the jump in demand during flu season, monsoon and festival periods.
Lead time aware
Each company's delivery time and minimum order are part of the forecast, so the reorder is raised early enough for the stock to arrive before you run out.
Draft purchase orders
Suggested quantities are grouped into one draft purchase order per company, ready for the purchase manager to edit, approve and send.
Return before cut-off
Near-expiry batches that will not sell in time are listed with the company's return window, so they go back for credit instead of becoming a loss.
Slow and dead stock
Items that have stopped moving are shown with their value and age, so you can run a scheme, transfer them or stop buying.
Explained suggestions
Every suggestion shows the reason behind it: recent sales, season pattern, pending orders and stock in transit. The purchase manager sees why, not just what.

Does the AI place purchase orders on its own?
No. It drafts, you approve. Every purchase order and return is a draft until the purchase manager sends it.
How much history does it need?
It starts with what you import from your current software. With a year of sales it can see seasonal patterns. Without history it starts from current pace and improves each week.
Does it share our data with other distributors?
No. Your forecasts are built on your own data only. Chemist and company data is never sold or shared between distributors.
